Boxes ship within the first seven days of the following months: February, April, June, August, October, and December. Annual members will have their boxes shipped first. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your box has shipped. Once shipped, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
Right after you subscribe to Allayya, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the Allayya Toolkit.
Yes, all membership plans auto-renew unless noted for cancellation. If you would like to cancel your membership, please log into your account and follow the prompt to cancel under the My Subscriptions section. If you would like additional assistance, please email us at email@example.com.
All Allayya memberships are renewed on the following dates:
February boxes: billed on January 16th
April boxes: billed on March 16th
June: boxes: billed on May 16th
August: boxes: billed on July 16th
October: boxes: billed on September 16th
December: boxes: billed on November 16th
We currently deliver to the United States, including Puerto Rico.
With your Allayya membership, you will receive at your door one product curation every other month, starting with the month you sign up with. Your curation will feature 4 to 5 products for your personal time and self-care sourced from minority-owned small businesses. You will also receive access to a digital library of self-care tools. All members have access to our bi-monthly Add-Ons Sale.
All Allayya memberships renew automatically. Memberships can be canceled anytime before the renewal date and after the first curation has shipped. If you would like to cancel your membership, please be sure to do so before your renewal date since the cancellation cannot be applied retroactively. There are no cancellation fees. To cancel your membership, please visit the My Subscription section of your account and click cancel under your membership plan. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All Allayya, subscriptions, and mystery bundles are final sale and non-refundable. We do not currently accept returns of any curation, individual items, or add-on purchases. Any boxes or individual items returned by a member will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In the case that you receive an item that is damaged, or if there is an item missing from your box, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We will take care of everything for you within 3 business days.
